Jane is trying to figure out what happened to Ashley who had been kidnapped and is found almost dead. Jane visited Ashley’s mind and is determined to find this person or monster is a better description who did such horrible things to Ashley. Dash is Jane’s boyfriend but he appears not to be who Jane thought he was. Eleven other girls and several crimes committed by this man. Jane works for a government agency that doesn’t “ exist”. Jane and her team are in danger trying to solve this and get justice for Ashley.

This is a quick read but also very strange. I was a little lost at first but I hadn’t realized the second part of a series which I am sure would have helped. But the story did suck me in so I had to piece it together as I couldn’t seem to stop reading this story. But to my disappointment this ended in a cliffhanger and that is one thing I do hate. But otherwise I liked Jane’s persistence and determination to get justice for Ashley.,So  I did enjoy it in an odd way . I really liked the twists and turns of this story and I recommend.
