Noelle’s mother had left right after she was born.Aidan had met Noelle when she was eleven years old fifteen years ago. Aidan’s mom- Caroline  had been Noelle’s dads girlfriend and since Noelle had never known her mom like a mom to Noelle but Aidan didn’t know that. It had been six years since Aidan had seen Noelle. Aidan was now Bay Bridge Industries Chief Operating Officer and Lucas- was Aidan's best friend and he was the Executive Officer of the company they owned. Noelle didn’t believe in love but she did have a dream and that was to own her own art gallery and she needed Aidan’s help to make that dream come true. Caroline had told Aidan she had money for Noelle to go to graduate school . when Aidan offered her a check after Caroline passed away it was from hate and to get rid of Noelle right after Caroline had passed and her father and brother Tony had went to Caroline’s home and stolen anything of value they could carry out.

Great story and I really loved reading this. How strong the pain and hatred was that Aidan felt for Noelle’s family. But he had to separate Noelle from her family and know her for herself. This story had some excellent little twists to it. Once I started reading this story I didn’t want to put it down. I loved the characters and how some had to grow and heal. I loved the twists and turns of this story and I highly recommend. This has become one of my favorite new books.
