Allyson is fifteen has acne and asthma and has never met her father. Allyson only stays in one place a few months at a time as her mom has to travel for new jobs and promotions. Then Allyson finally made a friend and her name was Beth . Beth and Allyson goes to the mall and gets attacked by three young men who try to kidnap them. Allyson trying to protect herself ends up breathes out fire and is totally astounded at what happened, Then Allyson learns there is a whole supernatural community around her. Then she finds she is half dragon and Beth is half troll. Beth promises she will help Allyson through all changes she goes through as well as the supernatural world. Especially since at this time there is a territorial war between some of the races.

I like this story alot. I felt  the plot was good and also the writing. This was a fast read but a good read. In the beginning it was hard to follow this story and there wasn’t enough information to know what was going on but  as time goes on we find out what we need to know to enjoy the story. The biggest thing I absolutely loved was Allyson had to accept herself for who she was . That was a beautiful lessons. I loved the ins and out that Allyson went through. I recommend.
