After a bad divorce, Sydney Ragsdale and her daughter move to the house her grandmother left her. While she struggles to be out from under her ex’s control, she’s also dealing with her daughter’s attitude towards the situation. Kevin MacAlea is a single dad who is a history teacher at the local high school. He also secretly plays Santa Claus every year.

This is one of those stories that really pulls at the heartstrings. The characters are very well drawn. Their stories really pull you in and having you rooting for them to find their happy ending. This story very much reminded me of the stories I binge watch during the holiday season. I highly recommend.
