Austin had said he missed Penny but when she got back to school he never answered the two calls she had made to him. She also went to his favorite coffee shop and he never showed up. Penny goes to leave and starts to slip and a cute older guy  went to help her and her coffee cup spilled all over her. Penny and she had to get to her first class of the semester. So the stranger gave her his sweater to cover the coffee stain. The stranger who gave his sweater to Penny was her Communications professor - her first class- He is Professor James Hunter. Tyler is one of Penny’s classmates and invites her to a frat party on Thursday. Penny had been dreaming about Professor Hunter.. Melissa talked Penny into going to the frat party so she could also go . Melissa and Penny are dorm mates. Tyler got too friendly and Penny toke off to find it was raining. Once again Professor Hunter came to the rescue with a jacket and umbrella and walker her back to the dorm.

I liked this story . I hate cliffhanger though and of course this ends in one I know there will be more stories but i really like an ending to the story I don't want  to have to wait. Some parts of this story seemed to be repetitive but also got past that. I liked the build up between Penny and James before giving into the attraction they felt and that was definitely was hot. I liked the ups and downs of this story including the one involving James and Penny. I recommend.
