Jett owns the Lafayette Club. Goldie is all alone in the world after Hurricane Katrina but still have her parents debts to pay off. Goldie works as a waitress but is having a hard time making ends meet. Jett then sees Goldie and offers her an out by working in club. There are very specific rules to work there first you always wear a mask, no touching or sex with the people in the club. The girls don’t have to worry about any expenses and jett pays off their debt and even sends them to school. But the girls must submit to Jett at his whim. They are allowed to leave any time they want to. Also they get a very good salary. Jett has been hurt and has a wall around his heart so this works for him.

The story and plot were excellent. I loved the characters were off the wall. I really loved the ups and downs Goldie went through. Jett is kinda a butt fro the most part but he does do a lot for the girls. All I can say is one great story. I recommend.
