Milo is finishing up her degree at NYU. She comes home for the weekend for her older brother's wedding. The first person she sees is Colton, the boy next door that she's been in love with for as long as she can remember. The problem? He don't look past the fact that she's not a little girl anymore. Enter best friend Max to help change that. Hilarity ensues.
I think the best way I can describe this book is a screwball comedy with a heavy dose of boy next door finally gets the girl next door. While not a heavy plot and no real conflict, this book is really good as long as you take it as such. It's one of those books where, if you have a family like mine, you can say "I can totally picture that happening if I was trying to put on a wedding". All of the characters and their interactions, especially Max and Grandma, are just hilarious. I recommend this book to anyone that just liked a cute book that will make you laugh. I look forward to reading more from this author.
